Since the timeline has a more advanced set of features, VideoPad allows you to smoothly transition between these two modes so you can create simpler projects in the storyboard and then export it to the timeline for fine-tuning. With the timeline, you can view your video clips linearly depending on their length, while the storyboard lets you add objects individually regardless of their run time. This video creator has a standard workflow that includes a timeline and a storyboard that allow different levels of editing. It has a very small learning curve so your entire family will be able to use it without much trouble. VideoPad 5.01 is a good video editing software that comes with all the standard tools and features, although it is missing some more advanced tools other similar software had.
